HT Infrastructure Services Ltd was established in 2024 by Harry Walters, following his relocation from Australia to the United Kingdom. Built on a decade of international experience in infrastructure and construction, the company brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
We provide professional services tailored to meet the needs of both public and private sector clients. Our capabilities span a wide spectrum — from the secondment of highly skilled personnel into client organisations, to the management and delivery of mid-sized subcontract packages.

With a core focus on civil and rail infrastructure, he has a robust technical foundation in engineering, complemented by hands-on commercial proficiency and pragmatic project management.
